Equipping Classes
Our church offers Equipping Classes to help you grow as a disciple of Jesus. These classes meet in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday mornings at 9am and Wednesday mornings at 10am. The purpose of our Equipping Classes are to create an environment where you are equipped in the following three ways:
Bible classes are designed to help grow your knowledge of the Scriptures and your ability to study them yourself with confidence. These classes include topics like: How to study the Bible; understanding the storyline of the Bible; overview of the New Testament and Old Testament; and in-depth studies of specific books of the bible.
Belief classes are designed to help grow your knowledge of Christian beliefs and your perspective on God. These classes includes topics like: systematic theology and historical creeds and confessions.
Habits classes are designed to help you grow in your relationship with Christ by equipping you with habits for godly living. These classes includes topics like: evangelism; spiritual disciplines; gospel parenting; overcoming the fear of man; biblical counseling; marriage; and others.
Church-Wide Equipping and Prayer
On the first Sunday of each month our church typically gathers for an evening of prayer and equipping. Corporate Prayer begins at 4:30pm, and Equipping begins at 5pm. During this hour, the whole church will be equipped on a topic that pastor deems necessary. Child care is provided.
